Suhas who rose to fame with YouTube shows has now come up with a family entertainer named Writer Padmabhushan. The film released in theaters last Friday and opened to good buzz. Debutant Shanmukha Prashanth is the director.
From day one, the film is doing extremely well everywhere, and especially in the USA region, the trend is spectacular. It has now crossed the ‘quarter million’ dollar mark in the region, a remarkable feat for a small budget film. Author Padma Bhushan is expected to do well in the US for a few more days.
Tina Shilpraj played the leading lady. Anurag Reddy, Sharath Chandra and Chandru Manohar produced the film. The film stars Ashish Vidyarthi, Rohini Moleti, Sri Gowri Priya Reddy and Goparaju in lead roles, with music by Shekhar Chandra and Kalyan Nayak.
