Akshay Kumar is going through a bad phase as all the recent movies of the actor have turned out to be extremely disappointing. He will next be seen in Selfie, which will release on February 24. However, one cannot forget the impact created by Special 26, which is one of the best films of Akshay’s career.
It is a heist thriller directed by popular filmmaker Neeraj Pandey. As the film completed ten years, Anupam Kher, who played a pivotal role in the film, took to his Twitter to conduct a poll on whether a sequel should be made to the film. Most of the viewers said that there is a need to make a sequel to Special 26.
Anupam said that he asked Neeraj Pandey many times to make a sequel. Akshay Kumar has replied to the tweet and has written that he is ready to work in the sequel provided the script is ready. Akshay further wrote that the real strength lies in the screenplay. Well, if a sequel is made then it will definitely be a blast for the audience.
