Indian 2 is one of the most awaited pan-Indian films, and people are eagerly waiting for its release. Renowned director Shankar Shanmugam is currently in Chennai shooting important sequences with Kamal Haasan and other actors.
The latest buzz is that youth sensation Anirudh Ravichander wants to reuse some of the iconic original soundtrack used in the prequel, Indian, which was composed by Oscar award-winning music director AR Rahman. The buzz suggests that Shankar approached AR Rahman and conveyed the same, to which the latter immediately agreed.
Kajal Aggarwal is the female lead in this flick, which also stars Rakul Preet Singh, Siddharth, Samuthirakani, Bobby Simha, Priya Bhavani Shankar and others in important roles. Lyca Productions is mass producing the film in association with Red Giant Movies.
