Dasara trailer – Mental mass stuff from Nani & team

The day the fans of Natural Star Nani have been waiting for has finally arrived. As promised by the makers, the trailer of the actor’s debut pan Indian film Dussehra has been released today and has started making rounds on YouTube. The trailer begins with the character introduction of Nani and Keerthy Suresh as Dharni and Vennela.

Nani is absolutely in animal form in the trailer. The actor’s mass transformation, dialogue delivery and action scenes are phenomenal. Dharani, played by Nani, who has a drinking habit, gets involved with Shine Tom Chacko. While not much of the story has been revealed, the raw and rustic presentation of the action sequences in the trailer will definitely give you goosebumps.

The production design is eclectic, taking us well into the world of Veerlapalli and showcasing the dark lives of the people working in the coal mines there. It seems that the makers have spent a lot of money on the film, and the frames look great. Going by the trailer, first time director Srikanth Odela brings out the best of Nani in this ensemble film. Santhosh Narayanan’s background score is solid.

The actor has never done anything like this before, and after watching the trailer, one can say that the film will take a grand opening at the box office. Sai Kumar, Shine Tom Chacko, Dixit Shetty, Samuthirakani and Zarina Wahab play pivotal roles. Sudhakar Cherukuri of Sri Lakshmi Venkateswara Creations has bankrolled this mass action saga. The film will hit the big screen on 30 March.
