Nani Ka Dussehra is all set for a grand release on 30th March in multiple languages. Directed by Srikanth Odela, the film is produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri under the banner of Sri Lakshmi Venkateswara Cinemas. Keerthy Suresh is the female lead. Diya fame Dixit Shetty, who played the lead role, recently interacted with the media and shared interesting things about the film.
Dixit Shetty said that Vinay, the co-director of the Meet Cute web series, referred her for a role in Dussehra. Dixit revealed that Nani also liked his performance in Meet Cute and thus became a part of Dussehra. The young actor further said that he plays Nani’s close friend Suri in Dussehra, adding that he plays a full-length character in Dussehra.
He said that Dussehra gave him a chance in three more films. Dixit said that she learned the dialect of Telangana and worked extensively on her body language for the film. Dixit said that she learned a lot from Nani during the shoot. The Kannada actor said, “Srikanth Odella doesn’t compromise until he gets what he wants and has a solid vision.”
Dixit said that he would be indebted to the makers of Dussehra for believing in him and offering him an important role. The actor revealed that the Kannada audience is also looking forward to Dussehra and added that there is no language barrier for films these days.
