Akkineni will next be seen opposite Naga Chaitanya in Custody, a bilingual film directed by Venkat Prabhu. Kriti Shetty is the heroine in this film, which is scheduled to release in theaters worldwide on May 12, 2023.
Akkineni Nayak took to his official Twitter account and released a no-dialogue video glimpse, which shows Naga Chaitanya coming out of an underwater cell. Jhalak is here to announce that the teaser of Custody will be released on 16th March, 2023 at 04:51 PM.
The film stars Arvind Swamy as the antagonist, with Priyamani, Sampath Raj, Premji, Vennela Kishore and Premi Vishwanath in pivotal roles. Ilaiyaraaja and Yuvan Shankar Raja are the music directors of this Telugu-Tamil cop action drama, bankrolled under the Srinivasa Silver Screen banner.
