Nani’s much-awaited action drama, Dussehra, is all set for its theatrical release on March 30 amidst a lot of hype and positive buzz. The Natural Star has started promoting this pan India film in major metro cities. In a recent interview, the actor revealed that Dussehra is the most challenging film of his career so far.
Nani said that since Dussehra is set against the backdrop of a coal mine in a fictional village called Veerlapalli in Telangana. Since he plays a rude and rustic village youth who earns his living by stealing coal, Nani had to spend an hour applying four layers of make-up and another hour to remove the make-up.
Nani revealed that he and the film’s unit had survived two major accidents on the sets of the film. The unit had shot in extreme climatic conditions and even faced an intense cold wave for several days. Also starring Keerthy Suresh and Shine Tom Chacko in lead roles, this high budget entertainer is directed by debutant Srikanth Odella and produced by Sudhakar Cherukuri.
