Samantha reviews her upcoming film
Star actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu is busy shooting for Kushi and Citadel web series these days. Her next theatrical release is Shakuntalam, directed by Gunasekhar. The mythological drama is confirmed to hit the screens on 14 April 2023. After watching the film today, the actress shared her thoughts about it.
Samantha initially expressed her heartfelt gratitude to Gunasekhar for providing her with a wonderful film. He added that the director brought alive one of the greatest epics in a believable manner. Samantha said that the family audience will be swayed by powerful emotions in Shakuntalam. “Kids will love the magical world of Shakuntalam,” wrote the Oh Baby actress.
Samantha thanked the film’s producer Neelima Guna and presenter Dil Raju for a beautiful journey. Featuring Dev Mohan in the role of King Dushyant, the film’s music was composed by Melody King Mani Sharma. Sachin Khedekar, Mohan Babu, Aditi Balan, Prakash Raj, Gautai, Ananya Nagalla and Allu Arha played important roles.
