Little Rock, Ark. — Dozens of Little Mermaid fans got a chance to see a new live-action version of the story for free on Friday night.
It all happened because of the buyout event at the Col Glenn Cinemark.
The purchase is a part of the campaign for Black women with a nationwide victory.
Attorney Tiffany O’Guinn said, “Halle was not chosen for the role because of the color of her skin, but because she was the best person for the role.” girls so that we can inspire them to be better, wherever they are, wherever they come from.”
The Mays, Byrd & O’Gin law firm and Whitney Owens State Farm provided over 200 free tickets to the Friday night 6:30 p.m. screening of the film.
